The Vested Path is a brand of ZAVAL Marketing Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what we collect when you use go.thevestedpath.com or respond to one of our advertisements, how we use it, and who we give it to.
We have tried to write this in plain English. If anything here is unclear, email us and ask.

Information you give us directly. When you answer our questions, whether on this website or on a form inside Facebook or Instagram, you may give us:
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we collect standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the time and date of your visit, and the advertisement or link that brought you here. We use cookies and similar technologies for this. See section 8.
Information from advertising platforms. Our primary form runs inside Facebook and Instagram, not on this website. When you complete it there, Meta passes us the answers and the contact details you confirmed, along with information identifying which advertisement you responded to. Meta's own handling of your data is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not by this one.
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not receive your information from data brokers or lead vendors. Everything we hold about you came from you, directly.
We use your information to:
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing with the vendors that operate our messaging on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management platform, is permitted solely so that we can deliver the messages you asked for. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third party, for any purpose.
Consent to receive text messages is never required to submit a form, to receive your snapshot, or to book a consultation. It is a separate, optional choice, and nothing is pre-selected for you.
If you opted in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Anthony Presciano. The point of our advertising is to introduce you to Anthony, an independently licensed insurance professional. When you request the snapshot or ask to speak with him, we give him your name, email address, and phone number, together with your answers, so that he can do the thing you asked for. He is named on the form before you submit it, so you know who you are asking for.
Anthony uses that information only to respond to your request and, if you choose to work with him, to serve you as his client. He does not receive your text-message consent, and he is not permitted to add you to any separate marketing list of his own.
Service providers. We use vendors to run our business: a customer relationship management and messaging platform, email delivery, website hosting, calendar scheduling, and advertising platforms. They may process your information only to provide those services to us, under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes.
Legal and safety. We will disclose information if we are required to by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfer. If ZAVAL Marketing Group LLC is sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. Any successor would remain bound by this policy or would have to give you notice and a choice before changing it.
We keep your contact details and quiz answers for as long as we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can answer questions about what we sent you and when.
We keep records of consent, including the exact wording shown to you, the date and time, and the IP address, for at least four years after you last interact with us. We are required to be able to prove consent, and deleting that record would defeat the purpose. If you ask us to delete everything else, this record is what we keep.
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to understand which pages people use, and to measure our advertising.
We use the Meta pixel, which tells Facebook and Instagram when someone who saw one of our advertisements takes an action on our site. This lets us measure whether our advertising works and lets us avoid showing ads to people who have already responded. You can control how Meta uses this through your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Parts of the site may not work properly if you do. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no agreed standard for what one means.
Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:
Email us at the address in section 1. We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others, may have additional statutory rights, including the right to appeal a refusal. We extend the rights above to everyone regardless of whether a particular law applies to us, and we will honor a valid appeal.
We protect your information with access controls, encrypted connections, and vendors who maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. If we make a material change we will update the "last updated" date at the top and, where the change affects how we contact you, we will tell you directly.
Email [email protected] or write to us at the address in section 1. We read everything.
